Another quick lunch meal is our ever loving milk mush.

Depending on how many you are serving, allow a cup and a half of milk per person. Heat to boiling then whisk in flour to desired thickness and boil a minute. Add 1/4 tsp. salt, mix well. Pour into serving dishes and top with butter, sugar and cinnamon. Eat.
