1-2 lb browned sausage
9 eggs, beaten
1 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 T prepared mustard
1 can evaporated milk
Dash of pepper
Seasoned Croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease 9 x 13' baking pan. Spread sausage in pan. Combine eggs, soup, mustard, milk, and pepper. Pour over sausage. Top with cheese, cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove cover, sprinkle with croutons and bake uncovered at 325 for 45-60 minutes.
