Blueberry French Toast Recipe

12 slices of day old bread
1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. blueberries
12 eggs
2 c. milk
1/3 c. maple syrup

Sauce:
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 T. corn starch
1 c. blueberries
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a greased 9x13 pan, cube 6 slices of bread. Cube the cream cheese and layer on top of the bread. Sprinkle 1 c. blueberries on top. Layer the rest of the bread on top.
Mix eggs, milk, and corn syrup. Pour over the bread mixture. Refrigerate over night.
In the morning, let sit 30 min. Bake for 30 min. at 350. Uncover and bake for an additional 25 min.

Sauce: Bring water, sugar, and corn starch to a boil. Stir constantly. Boil for 3 min. Add blueberries. Simmer 8-10 min. until berries burst. Stir in butter.
