2 cups instant rice, uncooked
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in strips
1 pkg (about 1 oz) reg. or reduced calorie Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix, dry
1 cup milk
2 cups water with 2 tsp. chicken bouillon dissolved.
1 stick margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
In bottom of 9x13 pan (sprayed with PAM), sprinkle uncooked rice. Top with chicken strips; sprinkle with dry dressing mix. Add milk and bouillon water to pan. Drizzle melted margarine all over casserole. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
