1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage, cooked & drained
1 cup shredded Colby or cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 - 3 slices bread, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together the night before serving. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator. To bake, pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes covered with foil. Remove for the last 10 minutes to brown.
