6 chicken breasts 12 oz. apricot preserves 1 envelope Lipton's onion soup 1 - 8 oz. Russian dressing
Put chicken in baking pan skin side down (or, I use boneless/skinless breasts - works just as well). Combine in a bowl rest of ingredients. Spread half of this sauce on chicken. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Turn chicken over and pour off all juices that have accumulated. Put rest of sauce on chicken. Continue baking 30 - 40 minutes, or until done.
