1 cup milk
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Boil milk and flour together until thick, stirring with a whisk to remove lumps. Cool thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients to cooled mixture and beat well.
