1/2 cup butter, softened
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 can (29 oz.) sliced peaches, drained
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup sour cream
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Cut butter into cake mix. Pat mixture lightly into ungreased 13x9x2 pan, building up edges slightly. Bake 10 minutes. Arrange peach slices on warm crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over peaches. Blend sour cream and egg. Drizzle over peaches. Bake 25 minutes. Serve warm.

Apple Kuchen - substitute 2 1/2 cups slides baking apples and 1 package yellow cake mix.

Pear Kuchen - substitute 2 cans (16 oz. each) sliced pears (drained) and 1 package devils food or German Chocolate cake mix.
