16 oz. cream cheese, softened 3/4 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 24 vanilla waters 1 can cherry pie filling
Beat cheese and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Put a vanilla wafer in bottom of each of 24 cupcake liners. Spoon cheese mixture into each. Bake in muffin pan at 350 for 20 minutes. Remove from tins and cool. Top with cherry pie filling. Chill overnight before serving Freezes well.
