6 large ripe peaches
3 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. orange juice
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
2 c. fresh blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice peaches into bowl, sprinkle with 2-3 tbsp. sugar and 1/3 c orange juice.
Beat cream cheese with confectioners sugar until smooth. Fold whip cream into cream cheese. Chill until serving time. About 30 minutes before serving, drain peaches, save juice. Fold peaches and blueberries into cheese mixture, add some reserved juice if you think you would like it thinner...I usually don't need, too!
