1 pint strawberries
1/2 c. white wine
1 t. lemon zest
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 -1/2 c. light cream
1/2 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Chill well. That's all!! Pour in dessert bowls alone or over fruit, I use blueberries. It looks very nice!! Also, pour over cake (angel, pound) with fruit. Just use your imagination!
