2 containers fresh mushrooms (big or small)
1 can minced clam
1 stick butter
saltines (handful, crushed)
salt / pepper to taste
garlic (desired amount or 1 clove cut up or minced)

Directions:
Directions:
In frying pan put: stems of mushroom (cut up), garlic, juice from clams, boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add clams, crackers (crushed), salt, pepper. Spoon in caps of mushrooms. Place mushrooms upright on cookie sheet with 1 stick of butter melted in bottom of pan. Broil in oven for 8 minutes.
