2 Yolks of Hard Boiled Eggs
2 Egg Yolks, Uncooked
3/4 c. Sugar
1 1/2 c. Butter
3 c. Flour
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Butter & Sugar, add Eggs and Vanilla, Mix in Flour. Refrigerate dough to set up. Use a Cookie press or form into roll and slice into 1/2" thick rounds. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Do not brown these.

These are a favorite Christmas Cookie in our family. Simple but rich and versatile. Can be left plain or decorated with sprinkles before baking. The dough or baked cookies both freeze well.
