Dough:
1 1/4 c. Flour
1/2 c. Butter
1/2 c. Cottage Cheese
Filling:
2 c. Chicken, cooked
6 Bacon Slices, cooked and crumbled
3 c. Cheese Shredded; Cheddar or Sharp Cheese
1/3 c. Green Onion, Chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1/4 tsp. Ginger
1 T. Dijon Mustard
1/2 c. Mayonnaise
Topping:
1 Egg
Sesame Seeds

Directions:

Mix Dough ingredients; knead 1 minute, rest dough in cool place covered for 15 minutes; roll out on Floured surface to 16" X 18" Rectangle, 1/2" thick
Combine Filling ingredients, cut rolled out dough into smaller rectangles 4" X 6" [12]. Place equal amounts filling onto each small rectangle. Roll up and seal edges together. Beat Egg and wash tops of roll-ups with Egg Wash and sprinkle with Sesame Seeds
Bake in 375 until browned, about 20-25 minutes. Do not overbrown.
