1/2 c. butter, softened
1-1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour milk or (1 T. vinegar in 1 c. milk)
3 c. finely cut rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together well, butter, sugar, and egg. Sift flour, soda and salt and add to mixture. Add sour milk. Fold in rhubarb. Cover top of cake with1/2 c. sugar and 1 tsp. nutmeg. Bake in 9x13-inch pan at 350 for 35 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
