Directions:
Place one layer of pie dough in bottom of pie plate, overlapping the dough on the sides. Press dough into pie plate. Add 2 cups of berries. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of light brown sugar over the berries. Sprinkle 3 tbs flour over the sugar. Sprinkle the other 2 cups of berries over that and sprinkle the other 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 3 tbs of flour. Sprinkle the lemon juice over the top once your done adding the filling. Place the other half of your pie shell over top, leaving about an inch and a half of dough over the sides. Tuck edges of dough and fold under while pinching together. Cut 8 slates in top so the pie can breathe and brush the top with milk. Bake 10 minutes at 425 and reduce heat to 375 and bake another 25-35 minutes or until you see juice bubbling from the slates. Cut into 6-8 pieces and serve.
