6 c. Apples, peeled and sliced 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4-1 c. Sugar dash Nutmeg
2 tbsp. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Toss all the ingredients together to coat apples. Microwave for 5 minutes. Toss again, microwave another 5 minutes. Cool. Freeze in containers. Works great for apple crisp.
