1 pkg.( 8sq's) Bakers Semi- Sweet Baking Chocolate
3/4 c. Brown Sugar
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) Butter, soft
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
1 pkg. (6 sq's) Bakers Premium White Baking Chocolate, coarsely chopped, or 1 c. Bakers White Chocolate Chunks. I used 2 c. White Chocolate Chips
3/4 c. Macadamia Nuts, chopped

Preheat oven 350
Microwave semi-sweet chocolate in large microwave bowl on high for 2 minutes ( do this 30 seconds at a time, stirring each time to prevent scorching.) Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. Stir in sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla with a wooden spoon until well blended. Stir in flour and baking powder. Stir in white chocolate and nuts. Drop by heaping tbsp. onto a cookie sheets. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until cookies are puffed and feel set to the touch. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet. If omitting nuts, increase flour to 3/4 c. to prevent spreading.
