Crust:
2 c. Flour 4 tbsp. Sugar
1 c. Butter 1/2 c. Nuts

Middle Layer:
6 Egg Yolks 2 c. Sugar
1 c. Cream 4 tbsp. heaping Flour
5 c. Rhubarb

Top Layer:
6 Egg Whites
12 tbsp. Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350
In medium size bowl; mix the crust ingredients and press in a 9" x 13" pan. Bake for 25 minutes.

Next: In a medium size saucepan, beat 6 egg yolks and add the remaining ingredients. Cook until thick and pour over the crust.

Next: In a large mixing bowl; beat 6 egg whites and 12 tbsp. powdered sugar until stiff. Pour on top of the rhubarb mixture. Bake until brown.
