4-5 ounce salmon filet
panko bread crumbs
butter

Directions:
Directions:
coat one 4-5 ounce piece of salmon completely in panko bread crumbs, Place in a pan with melted butter on medium heat skin side down, Leave on heat for 8 minutes and then flip to other side for about two or three minutes until salmon is heated through. serve on a bed of rice with avacado slices on the side, Serves two
