2 level tbsp. Minute Tapioca
1/2 c. Sugar
4-6 Apples
1/2 c. Sugar
Cinnamon to taste
2-3 tbsp. Butter
1/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350
Add 2 level tbsp. Minute Tapioca to 1/2 c. sugar. Line bottom of unbaked pie shell with this. Fill with 4-6 sliced apples. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. sugar. Add a generous amount of cinnamon. Dot with 2-3 tbsp. butter and pour 1/4 c. water over all. Top with pie shell and flute edges.Poke a few holes on top to allow steam to escape. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake @ 350 for about 1 hour.
