6 artichokes
1 cup bread crumbs
6 minced garlic wedges
1 beaten egg
1 cup grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drop the 6 artichokes in boiling water for 5 minutes. Take out and cool in cold water. Clip sharp leaves. Spread leaves open. Mix up bread crumbs, minced garlic wedges, beaten egg, and the cup of cheese. Stuff mixture into artichokes. Put artichokes into baking pan, cover with foil, and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue to bake for 10 minutes. Play around with spices and make it your own.

This is my all time favorite thing to eat. When I was growing up my father would sometimes make a special dinner and he was a great chef. The thing I liked best were his super stuffed artichokes! Hope you try them. I think you'll love them.
