1 bunch of parsley
1 bunch of scallions
2 tomatoes
c. of bulgar
1/3 c. of olive oil
1/3 c. of freshly squeezed lemons
1 tsp. of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Chop all ingredients very fine. Presoak bulgar till soft. Mix all ingredients. Enjoy!

You can eat this salad with pita bread or lettuce. It should be eaten fresh only! You may vary the amount of lemon juice, salt and olive oil to your taste . You may also add mint fresh or dry.
