15 graham crackers, crushed
2 T. butter, melted
4-8oz packages cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 T. vanilla
1/4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9 inch springform pan. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into bottom of springform pan. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Blend in milk, and add the eggs, one at a time, mixing just enough to incorporate. Mix in the sour cream, vanilla, and flour until smooth. Pour filling into prepared crust. Bake 350 for 1 hour. Turn oven off and let cool in oven with the door closed for 1 hour (this prevents cracking). Chill in refrigerator until serving. Garnish with your choice of toppings; blueberry, strawberry, or raspberry sauce.
