1 pkg Hidden Valley Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix 1 c buttermilk 1 c mayo 2 tomatillos 1/2 to 1 clove garlic minced 1/2 to 1/3 bunch cilantro, chopped juice of 1 lime 1 jalapeņo, add some seeds if you want it spicy
Blend all ingredients except mayo in blender until smooth. Whisk in the mayo and chill until ready to serve. Best prepared in advance so flavors can meld together.
