4 slices white bread with crusts removed
4 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp dried minced onion
8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread in greased 8x8 pan. Combine eggs, milk, mustard, and onion and pour over bread. Sprinkle bacon over casserole. Refrigerate 8 hours. Remove from fridge and let stand 30 minutes. Bake 350 covered for 20 min. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
