1/2 c. water or beef broth
3 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
2 large carrots, thinly sliced
1/2 onion sliced
salt, pepper, garlic powder

Directions:
Put veggies in greased crockpot (I often put in more than the recipe calls for). Salt, pepper and garlic powder meat, then place on top of veggies. Add liquid. Cover and cook high 6 hrs, low 10 hrs. (I will often put this in late Saturday night so that it will be ready right after church)
