3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 package instant vanilla pudding

2 cups canned peaches
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp peach juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp sugar

Mix first 7 ingredients to make the crust. Press out in pie pan. Drain the peaches reserving 2 tbsp of the peach juice. Add peaches. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and juice until smooth. Smooth over top of the peaches. Mix the cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
