4 med. potatoes (diced)
1 onion (chopped)
1 1/2 pounds of haddock
pint of 1/2 and1/2
2 cups milk
5 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
put potatoes and onions in large saucepan, add water just to cover them. bring them to a boil, cook until potatoes are tender. do not overcook. place haddock on top and let simmer for about 5 minutes stirring the fish around so it all gets cooked. warm milk and 1/2 and 1/2 in microwave just to take chill off. add to saucepan . add butter. salt and pepper to taste. heat on low.
