2 chicken boullion cubes
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 heaping tsp. garlic powder (with no salt added)
1 tsp. salt
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. sugar
4 tbsp. white flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve and boil all ingredients in saucepan with 2 c. water except for the flour. Make paste with flour and about 4 tbsp. water in small bowl, and then whisk into boiling saucepan, stirring vigorously until smooth. Spread under and over enchiladas before baking.
