2 cans whole kernel corn (well drained)
1 cup purple onion, chopped
1 cup bell pepper, chopped
1 cup sugar
1 cup Miracle Whip
3 cups Fritos

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the corn, onion and bell pepper. Sprinkle 1 cup sugar over this mixture. Mix thoroughly then drain on paper towel.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, drain again on paper towel. Mix in enough Miracle Whip (approx. 1 cup) to coat. Add 3 cups of Fritos. Mix together and serve.
