3 tbsp. butter or margarine garlic salt 8 slices bread 6 oz. mozarella cheese, sliced tomato soup
Assemble bread and cheese into sandwiches. Soften butter and stir in garlic salt to taste. Spread onto both sides of sandwiches and place onto hot griddle until bread toasted and cheese melty. Dip into warmed tomato soup.
