1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup flour
1 cup quick oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla
For top:
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup peanut butter
2-4 Tblsp. milk

Cream butter, add sugar and brown sugar. Add egg and peanut butter. Add baking soda, salt, vanilla, flour, and oatmeal. Put in greased 9 X 13" pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until light brown. Remove from oven and cover immediately with chocolate chips. Let stand for five minutes until melted and spread over dough. Then mix powdered sugar, peanut butter and milk and drizzle over chocolate bars. Cut into bars.
