1 can sweet green peas
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 cup minced celery
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup water chestnuts
2 hard-boiled eggs,chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Combine peas, onion, celery, cheese, pecans, water chestnuts, and eggs; season with salt and pepper. Lightly toss all ingredients with mayonnaise. Chill and serve on lettuce leaves.
