1/3 cup sugar
3 tbsp. Minute tapioca
2-3/4 cups milk
1 egg beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the sugar, tapioca, milk and egg in a saucepan and let it stand for 5 minutes

Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a full boil. (The pudding thickens as it cools.) Remove from the heat.
Stir in the vanilla.

Cool for 20 minutes. Stir. Serve warm or chilled. Store the pudding in the refrigerator.
