4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (cubed for faster cooking)
1/2 cup shredded swiss (or any kind of ) cheese
1/2 cup chopped cooked ham (or chopped up ham lunch meat)
4 cups hot cooked egg noodles (or rice)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 Tablespoon butter
2 Tablespoons water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Add soup, water, cheese and ham. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done. Serve with rice or noodles.
