1 cup flour
3/4 cup white sugar
3 Tablespoons baking cocoa
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon milk
1/2 cup milk
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup baking cocoa
1 3/4 cups boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl, stir together flour, white sugar, 3 Tbs cocoa, baking powder and salt. With a fork, mix in all milk, oil and vanilla. Spread the batter evenly in lightly buttered 9 inch square baking pan. Combine brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa, sprinkle over batter. Slowly pour boiling water over the batter and brown sugar mixture. Bake cake for 40 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Will be cake-like on top and pudding on the bottom. Tastes best when topped with ice cream, perfect as brownie sundaes.
