6 Serrano or jalapeno chiles (remove stems and seeds, it contains most of the heat), finely chopped
1 Large onion, finely chopped
2 med tomatoes, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
Lime Juice to taste

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve with chips

This is best when it can be refrigerated for a few hours for flavor to meld. Let set and come to room temp before serving.
