Ingredients:  
1 can fruit, your choice (apples, cherries, blueberries, etc)
1 stick margarine
1 3/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat fruit with 3/4 cup sugar til dissolved. Melt margarine in a 9 x 9 inch pan. Mix a batter with remaining ingredients and pour over top of melted butter; then pour heated fruit and juice over top of batter. Bake @ 375 for 30 minutes. Best when warm with ice cream.
