1 T. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, sliced (I use garlic in the jar)
2 sprigs (about 12 inches) fresh rosemary or 1/4 tsp. dried
1 1/2 lb. new red potatoes with peels, thinly sliced
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, garlic and rosemary in 2 quart microwave dish with lid. Cover, microwave on high, 1 minutes. Stir in potatoes. Cover, microwave on high until potatoes are tender 13-15 minutes. (I check every 5 minutes) Season with salt and pepper.
