2 pkgs dry yeast 2 cups warm water 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp salt 3 tbs oil 1 egg 1 egg yolk 6 cups flour
Dissolve yeast in warm water; add sugar, salt and beaten egg, blend in 1/2 flour. Mix well; Stir oil and rest of flour. Let rise til double in size. Punch down rolls into muffin pan buns Bake 375. Butter tops when hot
