1 lb. lean Ground Beef 1/2 c. Barbecue Sauce 2 T. Brown Sugar 1 T. Instant Minced Onion 1 can Pillsbury Refrigerated Biscuits 3/4 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Brown beef; add barbecue sauce, brown sugar and onion. Separate dough into biscuits. Press each biscuit into an ungreased muffin cup. Spoon meat mixture into cups. Bake at 400º for 10 - 15 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese.
