2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
3 tablespoons cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
ICING:
1 stick margarine
3 tablespoons cocoa
4 tablespoons milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, sift together flour and sugar. Bring to a boil the following: margarine, vegetable oil, water and cocoa. Whip into flour and sugar. Mix together eggs, buttermilk, soda and vanilla and then add to mixture. Batter will be thin. Pour into a lightly greased large sheet pan - 11" x 17". Bake at 350 for 20- 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Icing: Bring to a boil the margarine, cocoa, milk, powdered sugar and vanilla mixing well. Then add pecans. Pour on warm cake.

I serve this thin cake with Cool Whip and sliced sweetened strawberries w/chopped pecans on top...yum...yum!!! Can also be served with your favorite ice cream.
