1 Yellow Cake Mix
3/4 cup oil
4 eggs
1 11 oz. can of mandarin oranges (including juice)

Icing:
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
1 large carton Cool Whip©

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and mandarin oranges with a mixer for 3 minutes. Pour into 3 round cake pans. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.

Icing:


Save some pineapple juice and pour over cake layers. Put pudding mix over crushed pineapple and let stand for 5 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip©. Frost between layers, sides and top.
