1 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 c. nuts (chopped)
1 8 oz cream cheese
2/3 c. icing sugar
1 large-sized carton Cool Whip
2 packages pistachio instant pudding
2 1/2 c. milk

Add the flour, margarine, sugar and chopped nuts together. Beat well, press in to greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Add the cream cheese, icing sugar and half the carton of Cool Whip together, mix well, pour over the cooled crust.
Beat the instant pudding with the milk at low speed for approximately 2 minutes. Pour over cream cheese layer. Add the rest of the Cool Whip over that layer.
Can be cut ahead and placed in baking cups if desired.
