4 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
4 egg yolks
1/3 c. cake flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. bkg pwd
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. cream, whipped
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Beat egg whites until foamy and slowly add sugar. Beat till stiff peaks form. Beat yolks and vanilla together. Sift all dry ingredients together twice. Add yolks to whites and then fold in dry ingredients. Pour into large 9x13 or cookie sheet pan that has been lined with waxed paper or parchment. Bake at 375 for 12 to 15 min.

Turn into cloth that has been sprinkled with confectioners sugar. Roll up long way and cool. Unroll and spread with whipped cream.
