Small new potatoes
Olive oil
Green onions (chopped)
Salt
Pepper
Fresh basil
Seasoning salt
Fresh parsley
Pancetta
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients (except butter) to a deep dish with the new potatoes left whole.
Bake for 1 hour at 350, adding butter just prior to cooking.
This recipe works well for barbecues as well.
