1 lb. crab meat 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 T. Worcestershire sauce 1 stick melted butter or margarine 1 egg 1 T. mustard Crumbled cheese crackers (enough that equals approximately 2 crumbled bread slices) 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
Mix all ingredients and make into 12 crab cakes. Fry on griddle using no oil, the butter will cook out and make the grease.
