Pie crust 3 eggs 1 cup milk 2 T. flour 1 tsp. parsley flakes 2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning 1 T. mayonnaise 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese 2 cups shredded unpeeled zucchini OR 2 cups chopped broccoli
Beat eggs and add the next 5 ingredients and beat well. Stir in cheese and shredded zucchini. Pour into thawed pie shell. Bake at 350º for 35 - 40 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
