1 tsp. vegetable oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. uncooked brown rice
2 c. broccoli pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add chicken & cook until browned on both sides. Remove chicken & set aside. In the same skillet stir in soup, water, paprika & pepper & heat until boiling. Add rice and broccoli & turn heat to low. Return the chicken to the skillet. Cover & simmer for 8 minutes.
